Bloody DH has been helping himself to stuff again, most of our food is shared but there is a small cupboard that I put things I don't want him to eat in (treats I've bought for me or the kids, packed lunch bits, bits bought for a specific meal) just been to the cupboard and the bastards had all the squash and the pack of doughnuts I was saving to share with the kids as our Saturday afternoon treat Sad He knows that is what that cupboards for and there is plenty of food in the other cupboards so it's not like he was starving and that's all he could find.

Bastard isn't even sorry.

Does your DH eat them all leaving nothing for anyone else though Spotty. It seems the separate cupboard is a failing attempt to prevent this.

We have a lock on our treat/medicine cupboard but it's to stop 13yo ds from eating everything in one go. He has compulsive eating issues and autism.
I'd be pretty pissed off in your position if he knew they were yours but I'd have to have a discussion with him before resorting to locking it away.

We did do that when we first moved in together Spotty but DH would eat all the treats and leave me with nothing.

Forget hiding the beer - empty his treat shelf and drink it!
