Or something equally addictive.

I've just eaten most a bit of tiger french stick. I can't stop. Filled with Asda chicken tikka sandwich filling stop judging

I can't stop. What is it? No other bread leaves me this way.

Yes. It tastes and smells amazing. I have a tiger bread addiction I think. Had two door stop size pieces of toast this morning.

I have googled for a home made tiger bread recipe which I will try this weekend. This is the recipe for the topping -

1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 - 1 cup rice flour

We love tiger bread in this house too, and the more burnt on the top the better, I love it. And I agree the salt and pepper tiger loaf from tesco is fab

Highlight of visiting my parents for me and DCs - tiger bread doorstop toast with lashings of proper butter. Made by my Dad with slices so thick they do not fit in the extra big toaster and have to go under the grill. Heaven Blush

I love doughy bread too...like to roll the middle bit of french stick into balls and eat it BlushBlush

Bought a tiger PAW today from Morrison's. Mega cool. Basically, a round roll with finger rolls protruding from it.

A friend ate bread with poppy seeds on the top and failed a drugs test at work due to opiates in her blood.......

Thanks, OP. Now I want some. And we don't have any. :( They make the best sandwiches.
