In short then, Molly who's absolutely in love with Sherlock works in St Bart's morgue. Sherlock tells her there is one thing she can help him with, so I reckon Sherlock gets her to get a passable corpse, same blood group that he can chuck off the roof. Fall makes the body unrecognisable and he gets away quite easily in the ensuing hoo ha. And he's hiding in Molly's flat. With her cat Toby.

OK. Well they got a body of the right height and weight and made the face up to look like Sherlock with theatrical make up and that stuff that sticks on your face, the stuff that makes young people look old.

I thought that at first, but the trick is not that bit (although I feel is write for the body), that was too bloody obvious, the crowd keep Watson away from Holmes when he rushes over so I am thinking the Baker Street irregulars for that bit and the cyclist...but we see Holmes at the top and the bottom...so what is the Jonathan creek bit to how that happened? Mycroft could also of helped and maybe the blow to Watsons head made him see Holmes, when it wasn't but I think the fact he never touched him was because as a doctor he would have known he wasn't dead....I suspect base jumping... lol not high enough!

I think the 'too obvious' thing goes much further back actually. I don't think Sherlock would have fallen for the 'one electronic/digital key to unlock everything' in the first place so I think it stems from that somehow. As to the mechanics of the death clearly Molly is involved in some way but I don't think it'll be nearly as much as people think.

All of the people who scooped him off the floor must have been involved as you'd never just lift someone off the pavement like that / that quickly.

I'm still intrigued though.

I agree, Molly is involved. In the teaser, he says that moriarty failed to recognise the one person who was most important to him.

So excited about Sherlock coming back. My favourite favourite TV. I've tried to resist Mr Cumberbatch but it's futile really.

The dead body was wearing a fake rubber sherlock face mask, so was that irish bloke in the last episode when he kidnapped the two kids which is why they both screamed at sherlock hysterically when they saw him.

If it's like the books though, he must've had some very shocking disguises that people 'fell for'
