It's all in the title really. A woman just told me she had parked in one because she had a dog in her car. Aibu to think she is inconsiderate?

There should be spaces for rich people too. Supercars tend to be quite wide so I think Lidl, Aldi, Spar etc. should reserve some wider spaces for them and their cars. By the door too as rich people are used to getting the best of stuff which means it would be cruel to make them walk more than a few metres.

That's a great idea Tiggy . Ah, If only i was rich.

I'm a bit daydreamy and can be in a world of my own sometimes when walking across the car park, which really can't be safe. I think they should have special spaces by the door for daydreamers - extra wide of course because I'm often too busy daydreaming to remember to be careful when opening the door.

I want a space right by the door so that I can totter in with my highest stilettos on and not risk twisting my ankle trying to avoid reversing cars in my attempt to get to the supermarket door.
I also want a free servant to push the shopping trolley for me as it would be too difficult to do it in my six inch heels Wink
My shoe style is much more deserving than people with minature humans in tow.

Actually I hate having to bundle up in big scarves and coats so a space right at the door would mean I didn't have to bother. I could just drift from the car to the supermarket with ne'er a drop of rain or a gust of wind to bother me.
I did ask my local supermarket if they would consider widening the aisles so I could just drive around the shop with my window open, grabbing whatever I needed, but they said 'no' Sad.

Arabesque - hahahahaha, I like your style.
surely they could have compromised and loaned you a golf buggy to fit down the aisles and ensured that there is a two hour slot each week where nobody else is allowed in the supermarket. Bloody supermarkets cause such inconvenience.

gordyslovesheep - 'so Mikeysmum27 I park, get my three out, shop, hand over to their dad, return to my car alone and you have the right to abuse me - that's nice to know'

I wouldn't abuse you (that's a rather strong term). I'm not a complete nutbag you know. If your dropping off/picking up that's fine...calm down, eh?
