I find it impossible to use these days.

There is a fight on every thread. And I don't just mean in a yanbu/yabu sort of way. I mean that people are happy to round on others because they have different reasons for being here.

I have even seen a row between two different support threads this week.

If you want to make friends you are told off for being royalty or cliquey.

If you want to indulge in a little mild gossiping you are shouted down for being judgemental or shallow.

If you want to have a lighthearted chat you have to make that clear in the thread title nowadays.

I find the general mood of the place to be aggressive, angry, confrontational, defensive, impossible, predictable.

I keep hoping that things will improve, but how ?

It might have also been due to the replies Blush

MadameDefarge · 13/11/2013 22:42

I reported it before it had any replies because it broke the blogging guidlines.

Oh, and it was twatty.

ThornSayre · 13/11/2013 22:47

Did you say that in your report? Grin

I sometimes start with a cool hard facts reason why I am bringing something to the attention of HQ and why it is breaking talk guidelines but then the freedom of being off-board goes to my head and I end up typing, "troooooooooooolllllllllllllll - in the dungeons. Thought you ought to know"

Heartbrokenmum73 · 13/11/2013 22:50

Thorn

I typed 'trololololol' in a report the other day!

MadameDefarge · 13/11/2013 22:50

I wos vair restrained, as ever!

thought the twatty comment.

But sometimes my reporting posts are exhausting for both me and MN.

I do like to get things off my chest! As it were.

ThornSayre · 13/11/2013 22:57

Heartbrokenmum73 well it is the season fro practising carols!

Me too, MadameDefarge. I self-reported the other day citing unusual circumstances and they were lovely but assured me that I wasn't entirely wrong to be suspicious Smile

I am stealing those Maryz.

Sometimes I feel very rude with perfunctory reports given the wonderfully polite replies I get the next morning when can't remember what I have reported until I have had my coffee but sometimes time is of the essence.

I've seen most of you on this thread helping people.
You make them feel better and, in some cases, save their lives.

Please don't stop.

What a lovely post bewitched.

When reporting trolls I usually say something like 'who is this twat'

AbsDuCroissant · 14/11/2013 09:33

Aw, now I want to report someone and say that - it's been ages!

GetOrf, can I report you?

GetOrfGetStuffed · 14/11/2013 11:30

Haha, go on then. Grin
