We have little sweet corn stalls dotted around here, you get a little pot of steaming sweet corn with whatever seasonings you fancy...it's great.

I don't heat it up either
I had half a tin with roast chicken for dinner

I have to try VERY hard not to scoff the lot when I open a new tin.

YABU - don't you know that it is corn on the cob season, and you can get fresh yellow yumminess, not just out of a can? It tastes even better gnawed off the cob and with butter all over your fingers and chin.

I love sweetcorn as a snack with salad cream mixed in.

YANBU if, and only if, the sweetcorn has come out of a tin! It tastes so much better cold. Frozen sweetcorn needs to be cooked and eaten hot

A big pile of hot sweetcorn with grated cheese on top so it starts melting. Or corn on the cob cooked in the oven so it stays crisp, with butter on it. Mmmmmm

Delicious, both cold, and hot with butter, but definitely best straight out of tin.

Oh, and it needs to be fresh cobs or tinned sweetcorn. Frozen sweetcorn is an abomination.

Mmmm.... make a thick batter and stir in some sweetcorn, then fry to make Sweetcorn Fritters.

Love sweetcorn but not the super sweet vileness that comes out of a tin. Alas my teeth aren't up to nibbling it straight from the cob so I have to slice it off, but delish nonetheless.

Have snacked on this since I was a teenager. Always straight from the can, and always ho ho hoooo sweetcorn.
