Do you wee in the shower? I never used to and would have thought it pretty disgusting. But since having DC things aren't as they used to be & now if I need to, I just go.

The water washes it away so there's nothing wrong with it. I was like you, I never did it until after DD and then when I had to go, I had to go. Now I'm all better down there, I don't anymore but I wouldn't worry about it. Who's going to know anyway? I'm assuming you clean your bathroom reasonably often so I wouldn't worry.

God, I hope I never end up buying/renting any of your houses those of you who piss in the shower.

Why the hell would supermarkets otherwise sell loo cleaner?!

Me and Him Indoors have been having this discussion recently as we've been getting our bathroom done and our loo was "out of action" for a bit. We used the next door neighbour's loo for number 2's, but if you need a quick wee in the middle of the night while the toilet's not connected what are you gonna do? We're both fine with weeing in the shower, since it all goes down the same soil pipe, and you're pretty much rinsing it all away with soapy water, so where's the problem?! IT's greener as well as you're not using toilet paper and you're not using extra water to flush (I've also found my uti's have decreased as well, but that might just be a coincidence). Pretty much everyone uses communal toilets and they can be pretty grim- I don't really think there's much of a difference in terms of hygiene.
