To think that shouting 'don't stare at the skanky garden' and 'it's not as if you have been invited'...

Are going to get your DC invited in to my DC's pool!

It isn't terribly exciting. Just a 10' round one from Argos. Nice to have though!

I welcome all children in it as long as I can have a conversation with their parents!

The last 'conversation' I had with next door was her shouting 'oi,fat cunt' by way if her getting my attention.

I like her DC, my DC are allowed to play with them when out and about but I do not allow them in my garden! I do not allow any children in my garden/pool/under my care that I cannot have a conversation with! AIBU

Invite her around for a Pimms? That will confuse the #%@k out of her!!!

Sparrowlegs248 · 18/07/2013 22:55

Yanbu. Feel sorry for her dc's though. (and pleased to be picking up some fantastic new insults from this thread!)

LimitedEditionLady · 18/07/2013 22:55

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS · 18/07/2013 22:55

Her DC do OK, as do mine. Most parents around here get on, and even those who don't allow her DC in. Just my DCs pool is a new addition and hers have it kind of in their face.

-'OI YOU FAT CUNT'

-'Excuse me?'

-'Oh I am sorry my speaking skills are terrible, let me try that one again...'

  • Confused
  • RRAAARGH CUNTY CUNT FELCHNIPPAZ'
  • 'No, I'm so sorry, maybe another time. I do apologise.'
ClartyCarol · 18/07/2013 23:03

'Bad speaking skills' my arse - I think that finally proves that no matter what level of atrocious arseholeness gets reported on here, there will always be someone tying themselves in knots trying to make excuses for it.

No one comes out with that shite in real life!

ClartyCarol · 18/07/2013 23:04

Felchnippaz - marvellous!

MammaTJ · 18/07/2013 23:09

My response to 'oi you fat cunt' was to ask the person with me 'sorry, do you hear something annoying?, no I can only hear a buzzing noise, nothing important'

This clearly did not endear me to her though. Grin

Seems rather unfair on the children, especially if your dc et on with them. Can you let them all play together and just ignore the mother.

Buzzardbird · 18/07/2013 23:31

"ok, you fat cunt" really means that she finds your lady flaps endearingly plump!
Quite the words smith really...

Buzzardbird · 18/07/2013 23:32

Wordsmith!

50shadesofmeh · 18/07/2013 23:33

My reply to " oi fat cunt" would be
" oi Dead cunt"

TalkativeJim · 18/07/2013 23:34

Yeah you should have replied, 'Whassup, trimflaps?'

LimitedEditionLady · 18/07/2013 23:50

My response would be "you really expect me to speak you now you moron?"

kali110 · 18/07/2013 23:54

Wow nice comments. I thought maybe the lady struggles with conversations so comes out with completely the wrong things but thankyou for taking the piss

kali110 · 18/07/2013 23:56

Im also not trying to make excuses i guess i try to see the good in people and actually try to give people a chance, i know clearly this is a terrible thing to do

AudrinaAdare · 18/07/2013 23:57

Grin Grin

Well I am long overdue for a name-change. Can't decide between BadSpeakingSkills or RevoltingOldWankPigeon though. Perhaps a combination of the two?

HighBrows · 19/07/2013 00:05

Bad speaking skills... this place makes me laugh! Grin

You are not being unreasonable.

How did the conversation go exactly? She said 'Oi fat cunt'... and then what? Seriously I'd be still shuddering two weeks later if someone addressed me like that.

AudrinaAdare · 19/07/2013 00:06

Blush or possibly neither because now I feel mean. Sorry kali, I'm just hot drunk tired and being silly.

MayTheOddsBeEverInYourFavour · 19/07/2013 00:12

YANBU

And 'struggles with conversation?!' Why on earth would that ever excuse calling someone a fat cunt? Seriously wtf is that all about

kali110 · 19/07/2013 00:12

It's ok.just know people can say some stupid things when nervous. Cant say i would ever call someone i hardly knew a cunt but i can sometimes come out with some right things when im nervous or drunk!

MammaTJ · 19/07/2013 05:39

Seriously? You think someone shouting 'Oi, fat cunt' is someone who is nervous? Really?

I can assure you she is not nervous, just nasty! Same as when she told her DC to 'Don't stare at the skanky garden'. She is not nervous, just nasty! I do hope she wasn't drunk as she had just returned from the morning school run, which for her involved a 6 mile round trip on the first occasion and had returned from the afternoon school run on the second!

I cannot having children in my care whos parents I cannot communicate with.

We have never had a falling out, but I did fall out with people who had supposedly been my friends for 10 years. She was friends with them at the time and took what they had to say about it as the truth. Now though, interestingly, she has fallen out with them, for similar reasons.

AudrinaAdare I wonder if MN would allow RevoltingOldWankPigeonWithBadSpeakingSkills. Probably too long! Grin
