I've been along to a spiritualist a few times. Some think its a nonsense but at the time it helped me.

IMO it is a pile of nonsense but alot of things are I guess if folk are not harmed going to reiki to centre their chi and they have a happy chi then what is the harm in it,

and you know what placebo is a great thing sometimes

There have also been lots of studies that have shown antidepressants to be no better than a placebo. But plenty are still happy to take them.
