Is just seems like another bit of benefit bashing to me.

I know she shouldn't have had children she couldn't afford, but what hope of improving her lot???

I agree with tether that the real disgrace is this family that has claimed literally millions of pounds from the taxpayer. apparently they have horses and several houses! And David Cameron increased their benefits!

The lady in the OP is obviously already doing two jobs, 24/7, according to allowed childcare ratios. I expect the father is doing a job and paying tax, almost the same arrangement as the other lady in the video (although probably both are actresses).

Sparrow - Milgrims is a lovely man Grin

beatback · 12/06/2013 22:17

I have just "GOOGLED JOSEPH MENGELE" perhaps people who talk about forced Abortion and sterilation should google themselves. These views are a thowback to 1980"S shock jock radio stations the difference these views were said by "UNEDUCATED DRUNKS" just back from the pub, to hear so called educated people saying these things is "SHOCKING" if this is what they say in public what do they think in private.

CouthyMow · 12/06/2013 22:18

Holly. My DD supposedly has 'moderate Learning Difficulties'.

Who gets to say whether or not she will be 'allowed' to have DC's in the future?

A panel? Would this be similar to the ones in Germany circa the 1930's and 1940's?

I find that people discussing Eugenics without mentioning Eugenics quite irritating. At least call a spade a spade, and admit that you support the principles if Eugenics, so that I can know what a massive twat you are, those of you that feel that way. (Not aimed at any one person in particular, but aimed at anyone not upfront enough to admit that they support the basic principles of Eugenicism. I would like to know who is a Eugenecist in the same way that I would like to know who is a Racist. At least that way I can choose to either avoid, ignore or call them on their general twattery).

ItsallFeegle · 12/06/2013 22:21

Couthy - Holly refuses any responsibility to this. Confused

I'm on my phone right now and my broadband is annoying me right now but I will outline my opinion on Holly's disgusting opinion.

HollyBerryBush · 12/06/2013 22:21

Mengele experimented on dwarfs and multiple births and the like

ItsallFeegle · 12/06/2013 22:22

What's your point in that Holly?

HollyBerryBush · 12/06/2013 22:23

couthy

I never mentioned eugenics .... show me where I advocated eugenics?

HollyBerryBush · 12/06/2013 22:25

I have just "GOOGLED JOSEPH MENGELE" perhaps people who talk about forced Abortion and sterilation should google themselves.

Mengele experimented on dwarfs and multiple births and the like

What's your point in that Holly?

no one said anything about enforced abortion (unless I'm in a parallel thread elsewhere)

beatback · 12/06/2013 22:26

THEY COULD TAKE A TEST AT 11 to DECIDE WHO SHOULD HAVE KIDS. IF THEY FAIL THEY WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BREED.

HollyBerryBush · 12/06/2013 22:28

WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING? DO YOU THINK THE HEARING IMPARIED SHOULD BE INCLUDED OR PRECLUDED?

DO YOU MEAN AGE 11 or 11AM or 11PM?

beatback · 12/06/2013 22:31

You are very funny aren"t you.

ItsallFeegle · 12/06/2013 22:33

No, Beatback, she really isn't. Hmm

forumdonkey · 12/06/2013 22:50

I don't feel sorry for this woman or her kids who probably get more than my two children. I feel sorry for all the families who go out to work, pay their way and still struggle to make ends meet and wish they had 2k a month to live on.

This woman doesn't have the stress of keeping and maintaining a car which is needed to earn a living. Nor does she have to ask for time off work to take a child to hospital. No worries about having a child off school ill and taking time off. Will get emergency medical help for a beloved pet without the worry of cost from pdsa. All the children will get a school dinner without the worry of finding the money every day. No worries of struggling to get to work when it snows. No putting off a visit to the dentist due to the cost. No worries about the cost of regular repeat prescriptions and not taking them

Feeling sorry for her - not a chance. She ought to thank her lucky stars she can get all this money for doing fck all but breed.

Holly

What is it that you don't like about benefit claimants? Are you jealous because you think they have a better life than you?
Have you ever volunteered to raise the education or skills of people needing help?
Do you think you are better than this woman or benefit claimants in general?
I'm trying to understand why you lack the most important basic instinct to help, support, empathise, sympathise with people who have less than yourself.
Is it really about how much money you have to buy things?

merrymouse · 12/06/2013 22:56

Holly, I think I misread what you posted. Looking back at the post i was responding to, you were suggesting that social services should step in to protect people from unwanted sexual advances and pregnancy, not that they should enforce sterilisation.

However, even if you weren't suggesting sterilisation, from a practical point of view I don't understand how you think social services can control people's unsuitable relationships unless they have super powers. I think there is a tv show in it though. Kind of Buffy meets Call the Midwife.

morethanpotatoprints · 12/06/2013 23:01

Forumdonkey.

You have made your choices, she has made hers.
I'm sure she has as many barriers to overcome as you do. Do you have 2 dc with sn? Are you a carer? Not so easy to get a job when you are the sole carer for 7 dc.
I could argue I have no sympathy for you having to go to work in the snow, finding emergency childcare etc. I don't work and have never used childcare. However, it must be hard for you and others having to do this, I can empathise because I find it better for my health, than being nasty, vindictive and jealous.

forumdonkey · 12/06/2013 23:07

If it wasn't for the likes of me and everyone else who goes out to work and pays taxes this woman and all those like her couldn't use benefits as a lifestyle choice. Benefits are a safety net not for those who are too busy laid on their backs producing children they have no means to support.

burberryqueen · 12/06/2013 23:10

look she was married with children and her husband left - besides your taxes also go to fund oil wars for other countries - does that make you foam at the mouth too or is that ok?

usualsuspect · 12/06/2013 23:15

Please don't think you speak for everyone who goes goes out to work, forumdonkey.

forumdonkey · 12/06/2013 23:15

subject of this thread is this woman nothing else.

Whoop dee doo she's a single mum. Bloody hard work especially when the father doesn't contribute a penny financially - welcome to my world

burberryqueen · 12/06/2013 23:18

well dont start on about your taxes then

morethanpotatoprints · 12/06/2013 23:18

Forumdonkey

So in answer to my question. You think you are better than her.
Perhaps she didn't have the same options as you have, being that 2 of her dc have sn and of course they need care. It sounds to me like she needs that safety net and its a good job its there for people who need it.
I really hope for your sake that your marriage, health, the health of your family and finances are secure, because who knows what's round the corner. You may need a safety net yourself one day, then you can experience somebody with your attitude, shame on you.

merrymouse · 12/06/2013 23:18

The subject is not just this woman. It is also benefit bashing - the idea that this woman represents all benefit claimants.

forumdonkey · 12/06/2013 23:20

I never said I speak for anyone but myself. I feel sorry for all the working families who support her financially but struggle themselves and without taxes there wouldn't be a lifestyle on benefits where she worried not one dot how she was going to support all these children she was conceiving.
