They're just so funny and you can chat to them and they get all your jokes.

I know, dd and I just roar at each other. I love her friends coming round as well. They are so sweet and funny.

I don't want her to ever move out! She can stay until she is 47 as far as I am concerned.

Ds is leaving me in September for university.
I keep telling him I'm going to lock him in a cellar so he stays with me for ever.
And yes, I love his friends too.
I'll defend teens on here every time I see anyone knock them.

I wouldn't know whether to be proud or scared to death.
Probably a bit of both.

It was bad enough in the abstract, but now she has actually submitted her application I am scared. It is more real now. She doesn't intend to actually join for a year, but the application process is long winded. But she has picked what she wants to do and has gone for it.

Why, why, why do they have to grow up and leave?

I don't get the fashion of screwing their forehead up so it has lines. It's not a good look.
