A hard goat

Chilli and garlic cheddar

Local cheese for local people.

Naice bread.
With a little caramelised red onion chutney on the side.

I prefer my goats soft and yielding.

Yabu I'm lactose intolerant and jealous!

I could kill for some decent cheese. The Canadians are shit at cheese.

And a Scotch Egg

I luffs cheese.

I am a cheese fiend, but I would prefer my mozzarella unsmoked, my goats cheese young and soft, and my cheddar without adornment.

Having said that, I have had some delicious hard goats.

YANBU - mozzarella, local cheese, naice bread and chutney.

YABU- goat's cheese and fiddled with cheddar.

Orange cheddar is the best.

I'm not because it bores the tits off me but it is on.

The garlic and chilli is a taste sensation. Think it is the base traditional, matured for 18 months, cheddar that does ig. Yumola.

What's the local cheese?

I'll have Crabby's cheeseboard rather than yours OP, but generally, cheese - yum. I went to a party a few weeks ago that had a cheese wedding cake (it wasn't a wedding) and I spent about two hours sitting at the kitchen table eating cheese and drinking wine. When I got bored with cheese I had a little pavlova as a palate refresher. I don't think I've ever been so happy.

Moose, Some people seem to rave about Canadian cheddar but I'm not sure I get it. Colliers Welsh Cheddar is the best cheddar in the world.

All of them are local. Made down the road (ish)

Next time i get married i want a cheese cake.

Not sure about the chilli & garlic cheddar, but the rest sounds lovely.

It's so difficult to choose though. There are so any lovely cheeses.
