I think I have a bottle of gin hidden in a muesli box at the back of the cupboard. Wonder if we have a lime? Might have to crush up an ice pop in lieu of proper ice though.

Fever Tree tonic, cucumber, ice all good. At the moment I am having a splash of elderflower cordial for a summery taste, or sometimes bruised basil leaves mashed with a very little vanilla sugar.
