Why are there so many white men on the news for being pedophiles?

It's kinda constant. If there are police units which primarily deal with 'black on black crimes, Kurdish/Chinese gangs', surely it would make sense to open a unit that primarily looks into the phenomenon of 'white men and kiddie abuse'?

I haven't NC as I don't see why I have to. I am genuinely curious if I am the only one who has noticed that child abuse is committed mostly by white men. I agree obviously that not ALL white men are child abusers, but the figures are staggering.

Paedophilia IS in EVERY race BUT what I see reported often in the news re it is white men. Just like I see more gun crime reports on minorities. Why is it so bad to ask this question?

If you lived in India, you would hear more about Indian pedophiles than white ones. If you live in a white majority country, you can also expect more of the offenders to be white.

You've missed the point of the whole article OP, it is satirical.

But all of the above arguments were made within various parts of our print and broadcast media when similarly small numbers of Muslim men were revealed to be grooming young girls for sex. If you think the claims about white people are wrong, then so is the stereotyping of Britain's Muslims, and the widespread questioning of their culture and their religion, because of the perverted actions of a few.

proportionate. how many white people, how many from other ethnic groups? and how many from each are known to perpetrate child sexual abuse?
definitions. what is child sexual abuse? marriage at 12 is allowed in some countries, sex before sixteen is prohibited in the uk.
no answers. just think there are more questions to be asked before conclusions are reached.

I think the op is trying to make the point that if there is an Asian gang of paedophiles grooming young girls, the media jumps on their ethnic/cultural background, and therefore op is questioning why the same does not happen for white men.
