I have bught new filters and fixed the band on the dyson. It is absolutely useless. Absolutely useless. And it makes a horrible noise. The motor is doing something.

Hello

Dyson have asked us to post up this statement for them:

''Hi there,

I'm sorry to see some of you are having difficulties with your Dyson vacuums. We'd appreciate the opportunity to see if we can help - most issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting checks over the phone, even if your machine is now outside our 5-year guarantee period. We can also arrange for a genuine Dyson engineer to visit to service your machine if needed, either at your home or place of work.

It would be worth giving us a call on 0800 298 0298 - our experts are on hand to help from 7am-10pm, 7 days a week. We're based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, and calls are free from UK landlines. If you'd prefer to email, you can reach us at [email protected]

Best wishes,

Dyson Customer Service''

Morning. The folks at Dyson have contacted us again and asked us to post this:

"Hi Oblomov and Myfurbyiseday. I'm very concerned to hear about the experiences you've described in your posts. This doesn't sound right at all, and I would like to investigate for you. I'd appreciate it if you could email me directly at [email protected] with some further details.
I'll look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes, Jack at Dyson Customer Service."
