I have never seen a single pair I've liked - ever.

Am I the only person in the world who doesn't like them?

I bought some for a wedding but they were way too uncomfortable so I've changed them for exactly the same design with kitten heels.
And I have a pair of grey ones with little scottie dogs on them, also kitten heels.
I love them, I do Blush

BlackMaryJanes · 17/04/2013 13:39

They HURT. So YANBU

valiumredhead · 17/04/2013 13:39

God, they are fugly newstart! Shock

Gerrof · 17/04/2013 13:40

Christ OP I had pretty much exactly the same pair of shoes as those Top Shops ones in 1993. i wore the fuckers to school on non uniform day and fell down the stairs twice.

NewStartInSpring · 17/04/2013 13:40

The ones I posted valium?

OP posts:
valiumredhead · 17/04/2013 13:41

Yes! They look like clumpy school shoes but with a heel!

CambridgeBlue · 17/04/2013 13:41

They are hideous and scream 'I'm so wacky and original' even if the wearer really, really isn't. Far too try-hard for me, I agree 100% OP.

Sugarice · 17/04/2013 13:41

NewStart I'm sure you must look great but to me they look like hell on earth to wear! Grin won't they be really heavy to drag off the ground when walking?

LadyBeagleEyes · 17/04/2013 13:42

Noooo Newstart Shock.
The thing with irregular Choice is each design is different, so some are totally out there, and others are just lovely and that little bit different.
I suppose it's each to their own.

wonderingagain · 17/04/2013 13:42

Come on ladies, this is the kind of thing we really like.

ohtheglamour

NewStartInSpring · 17/04/2013 13:44

Grin I never wore shoes like that in school.

Picturing them now with tight black skinny jeans and simple LNA white v-neck tee as worn by Megan Fox.

Too bad they are out of stock

I'd like to elaborate on 'they hurt'.

They pinch in all the worst places. There is no support. The beads and shit dig into your feet. I can't stand let alone walk in them. I've tried many different pairs and they all hurt.

Lucyellensmum95 · 17/04/2013 13:45

YANBU but i only hate them because i can't wear heels and im jealous - i bought my DD a pair for her birthday last year, i was the best mum in the world that day Grin

Lottapianos · 17/04/2013 13:45

I so totally would wear those wonderingagain Smile They look so comfy that I wouldn't give that much of a rat's behind what they look like. I walk everywhere and don't drive so that's why I'm the Queen of Comfortable Shoes!

p.s. they are a little bit fugly Blush

Naysa · 17/04/2013 13:45

I like the atyle of unusual things but IMO they're trying too hard to be "out there".

When I see people wearing them I roll m etes because I know they're spending a tonne of money on nasty shoes to look quirky Hmm

mistressploppy · 17/04/2013 13:45

Agree with OGoogle and Cambridge

HorryIsUpduffed · 17/04/2013 13:46

They are sculptural and beautiful. I admire them enormously.

But they aren't shoes exactly, in terms of "something to put one's feet in for the purposes of ambulation". They are just objets d'art.

NewStartInSpring · 17/04/2013 13:46

The worst example I have ever seen was a woman wearing ridiculously high heels. Her friends were having to hold her hand as she was walking down a small slope.

I was in LA at the time ... so its probably just an ordinary thing to wear there.

OP posts:
WowOoo · 17/04/2013 13:46

I don't think I'd buy any, but I really like some of them.

Lottapianos · 17/04/2013 13:50

'The worst example I have ever seen was a woman wearing ridiculously high heels. Her friends were having to hold her hand as she was walking down a small slope.'

A friend of mine wore shoes she couldn't walk in to a wedding we went to a few years ago. We had to walk down a country hill to get from the ceremony to the reception and I had to link arms with her all the way down in case she went A over T. It kind of ruined the sexy, swingin'-it look she was going for Grin

Sugarice · 17/04/2013 13:52

I want these beauties

HoHoHoNoYouDont · 17/04/2013 13:54

Not my style at all but I have a colleague who love them.

NewStartInSpring · 17/04/2013 14:01

Actually the forum I mentioned before they did Secret Santa and someone actually bought someone a pair of IC shoes.

It caused the biggest row ever across the forum.

I could see both sides, it was a shame to see the forum so divided. Sad

Are you kidding? A massive great big bun fight over fugly shoes? I would love that. Grin

Cherriesarelovely · 17/04/2013 14:38

Like crocs?! I think they are fantastic. I've never actually owned a pair but I would love to.
