I found picture 6 particularly helpful in finding out what the flat looks like.

I love how it's a 6 bed flat. What is it, the Tardis?? Agree though, very helpful photography. Bargain at £350 a month for all that space though. Grin

It looks as if it might feature in the the Examiner.

CookieLady · 16/04/2013 21:27

Pmsl. I thought the one of bathroom wasn't too bad - until I spotted the dirty sock or whatever it was!

EnglishGirlApproximately · 16/04/2013 21:27

Love the empty loo roll, it really sells the place Confused

echt · 16/04/2013 21:27

That should be Framley Examiner, but half my link was chopped.

ParsleyTheLioness · 16/04/2013 21:28

Very odd...why would they put it on. Can't even tell what room it is!

YellowDinosaur · 16/04/2013 21:28

I don't know picture 2 was the particular high point for me :o

katkit1 · 16/04/2013 21:28

Couldn't post fast enough but wanted to say best laugh I've had in a bit - especially the empty loo roll

ParadiseChick · 16/04/2013 21:29

Wow! And cheapo!

DwellsUndertheSink · 16/04/2013 21:29

loving the loo roll. At least now you know the function of that room!

chickensaladagain · 16/04/2013 21:30

Do you think the person taking the photos had the camera back to front and just didn't notice?

Catsize · 16/04/2013 21:30

This has to be a wind up? Surely?? Still, no doubt when they get a zillion hits from curious mumsnetters, it will be put down to the brilliant marketing. Still think it is a wind-up though... :)

ParadiseChick · 16/04/2013 21:31

Ah that's per room

LadyBeagleEyes · 16/04/2013 21:32

Handy for the shops though.

MrsBungle · 16/04/2013 21:32

You do win the prize! Those are shocking! A picture of an empty loo roll holder in the middle of a wall?

BOF · 16/04/2013 21:32

Oh my goodness Grin

LimitedEditionLady · 16/04/2013 21:33

Oooh it's really picked up the selling points and charismatic features. If these are what they've managed to get as good pictures what is it like at the other angles? To be fair looks like it's half moved out of.

SayWhatWhat · 16/04/2013 21:33

its 350 per ROOM

CookieLady · 16/04/2013 21:36

MrsBungle the empty loo roll is a feature piece. It's all the rage now. I read about it in 'Woman and Home'. Grin

MoonlightandRoses · 16/04/2013 21:36

Yes, yes you may well do! Grin

getyourshoesonNOW · 16/04/2013 21:38

Maybe they were about to take the pic and someone shouted! "No! It's the wrong type of toilet paper! It's LILAC and it's QUILTED! We must have WHITE ANDREX or nothing or no-one will ever ask to view it!" Cue removal of empty, identifiable loo roll from bin....

CherylTrole · 16/04/2013 21:40

Ahh shite that is MY flat. Hold on a mo....

??
Brian comes free with the flat by the way.

FreudiansSlipper · 16/04/2013 21:41

love the rugs

Zappo · 16/04/2013 21:43

Typical students ( I speak from experience)- no one can ever be arsed to buy loo roll.

Can't believe the estate agents think these photos are going to be pulling in the punters.

I did laugh out loud though. I really did!
