Well it looks alright for a shared flat actually.

£350 per room is a bargain too, nothing less that £400 per room round here, going up to £800.

Also loving the empty loo roll. It screams:
"look, we made too much poo"
We tried to economize on paper by hanging the bog rolls out of reach so can rinse or use your dress instead

6 bed flat in Bristol is not unusual, the student rental market in Bristol is full of VERY large flats and houses. I looked at a 7 bed flat when I was student there.We ended up living in a 5 bed shared house after a couple of people dropped out of the group.

It may well be a flat on 2 or 3 floors above a shop.

Someone doesnt know how to take pictures in that one Fanny.

Also, is it me or has that kitchen been put in wonky.

ive just realised its a 6 bed shared flat, you'd get that for 90pcm round here!! The bathroom picture would put me right off with someones smelly sock, and they cant even be bothered to change the loo roll!

I've seen lots far worse but they seem to have all been sold . There seem to be some Estate Agents who don't feel the need to show the best bits of a property, or, maybe, those were the best bits .

Highlighting the black mould in the listing is very sensible. I would like to see more EAs presenting their properties so accurately.

It will be a bit grotty but it's Clifton in Bristol, right near the uni and bars etc. Loads of moneyed kids come to uni in Bristol.

My friends emmigrated to New Zealand a few years ago and their property website photos were a special thing to behold. I remember one house had an un-plumbed loo in every pic, even ones of the garden. We weren't sure if it was a feature they moved around to star in each pic or if they had about 20 loos, randomly placed around the property

Oh, and I found an ad for a local property once

It was described as a 1 bed detached house with a seafront location, close to amenities. When I read the blurb it was a beach hut
