to abuse AIBU to ask when you got your first wrinkles?

Yes yes, this is not an AIBU, but I can't find sodding chat on my effing phone.

When did you get your first wrinkles? Just seen mine and I'm only 33 Sad Sad

I've had tiny tiny laughter lines when I grin for about three or four years, but I've just spotted two long fine lines across my forehead from where my skin crinkles when I raise my eyebrows which a do A LOT, evidently

It's like I've just seen my future and I dunlike it. So what about you lot - when did your first.proper wrinkles show up? Am I early? And how much is Botox these days?

33 is about average.

I am 41 and don't have any..but I have got chubby chops to pad em out :)

I also have a nice fat face (to go with my fat body) and, at 43, have no wrinkles at all.

I do have a very attractive cake/wine shelf though. Grin

I don't have any.

I'm 41.

I think it depends on your family. My Mum has very few at 71, instead her face has melted...I suspect that will happen to me too. Grin

I'm still waiting at 37.

We have baby faces in our family, my db is 40 this year and doesn't look anywhere near 30. People think I'm younger too.

My dp's are 77, and 72 and don't look it either.

Tis in the genes I say!

Is 33 about right? I am 35 and dont have any yet. At least I don't think I do. I got my first grey hair a couple of months ago and that was enough of a shock. God I hope I don't get them soon, I still have spots, how cruel would spots and wrinkles be? Maybe the spots have been distracting me from the wrinkles and I haven't noticed?

My DH looks very young (come to think of it)

He is 54. He gets people telling him "oh just you wait till you turn 40!"

In his case, its his skin. Very olive.

Actually coupled with the fact that he has always taken good care of himself, its paid of ...in a superficial way Wink

I've had visible horizontal lines on my forehead since I was 15. I use Frownies to soften them, and wish to god there was an organic alternative to Botox.

Zero lines around my eyes, though, and no "11" on the forehead. I'm 36.

I am 28 and in good daylight I have zillions of wrinkles round my eyes, where it creases when I laugh.. Too much sun I think, though I've never been on sunbeds I absolutely love sunshine and stay out in it whenever I can.. Feel better?!

Dunno when it started but I'm 42 and defo have some round my eyes. My son with ASD traces my frown line with his fingers and says, "mummy your face is broken" with a concerned expression on his face.

When I was about 10. I've had those long lines across my forehead since then, I swear.

I'm 30 and I don't have wrinkles - I do, however, have three huge cracks which are similar in size and shape to the Grand Canyon - which appear whenever I smile, laugh or generally look a little surprised. Sometimes even a gentle fart will allow them to appear

I'm 36 and can see a few lines around my eyes when I laugh. I don't sunbathe and always use face cream.

GOt loads of grey hair though.

Young ish, but I don't think it was unattractive, then, as i've got older they've got deeper. I don't think they look obvious unless I smile. I'm in my forties. When I look in the mirror I'm not smiling, so i've had a few shocks startling surprises when I've seen photos. It's so gradual. Hard to put a date on it. limbolil, my son does that too~! he says stop that face!

I've had wrinkles round my eyes since my late teens. Too much sun, not enough sun cream! Am just starting to notice forehead lines and a frown line but very faintly and I'm 32.

My chest? On the other hand has quite a few lines which are apparently caused by sleeping on my side Shock I'm not convinced
