"Bubbly"
" feisty"
"a bit sweary'
" a foody"?

FOr these are the terms that, come the revolution will SURELY result in summary execution.

None of them, but I am a feminist.

YouTheCat · 17/03/2013 11:30

I describe myself as 'me'.

catgirl1976 · 17/03/2013 11:31

No, none of the above

Although I do like food and swear too much

noisytoys · 17/03/2013 11:32

None of them. DH works in recruitment and anyone who describes themself as 'bubbly' usually finds themself at the bottom of the pile instantly

FunnyLittleFrog · 17/03/2013 11:32

God no.

Loulybelle · 17/03/2013 11:32

None of them, im me, take it or leave.

NinaNannar · 17/03/2013 11:32

FEISTY - the ultimate patronising word to be used for a woman with an opinion, never used to describe men

OP posts:
Loulybelle · 17/03/2013 11:33

to me feisty always sounds like "She gets a bit stroppy, but thats probably just hormones, ignore her"

ImTooHecsyForYourParty · 17/03/2013 11:41

god no.

Nor do I describe myself as 'mad'. As in ooh, I'm mad, me, I the other day"

TWinklyLittleStar · 17/03/2013 11:44

noisytoys do people honestly seriously describe themselves as 'bubbly' when job seeking? You just know they are the sort of people who make your teeth itch.

MonaLotte · 17/03/2013 11:44

"Salt of the earth" shudder...

fluckered · 17/03/2013 11:44

i wouldnt describe myself as any of them but whats wrong wih bubbly? would have called others that and its not meant as an insult but rather someone who is liked, funny and always has a good outlook on life.

fluckered · 17/03/2013 11:45

god wouldnt put any of them as a description for an interview is that what this thread is about?

NinaNannar · 17/03/2013 11:45

Call a spade a spade. Aka rude

Grin No. (phew!) I describe myself most recently as "tired" because I am. Sometimes "really fucking tired".
MrsDoomsPatterson · 17/03/2013 11:46

I'm crazy, I am!

slap.

mrsjay · 17/03/2013 11:46

FGS no never can I add a bit bonkers crazy to that list, and say it how i see it

Emilythornesbff · 17/03/2013 11:46

But I guess tired is not a trait, but a state.

mrsjay · 17/03/2013 11:47

I'm crazy, I am!

snap Grin

SilentSplendidSun · 17/03/2013 11:47

Hate bubbly. There is a myth floating around that men like "bubbly" women. All ye kind gents, gather around and please tell me it IS indeed a myth.

SilentSplendidSun · 17/03/2013 11:48

I can't be bubbly to save my life. I can carry off aloof, regal and a bit mysterious. (I may actually be coming across as rude and a bit batty, but I can't hear you. Nana nana neh)

thebody · 17/03/2013 11:48

Anyone who describes them selves as a foodi should be shot.

Bubbly means a loud pain in arse. Feisty well just rude.
Sweary totally acceptable.

Emilythornesbff · 17/03/2013 11:50

"strong personality" Wink

Trills · 17/03/2013 11:52

I don't often have cause to "describe myself".

TheFallenNinja · 17/03/2013 11:53

I HATE feisty. What a stupid, stupid, stupid term.

Usually applied to gobshites, in which case, gobshite is a perfectly good term.
