Mardy
It makes me smile to think of MNetters buying Lindors and thinking of me.

Night all.

My 18 year old watched the (fairly) recent re-run of Birdsong with me. I don't think she'd have bothered if it hadn't been for translucent Eddie. Not my type though (Eddie, not DD.) oh, and finding a previously unspotted good thread with 800 posts on is aaargh. they're always thundering on so fast you can barely keep up - but I don't want to be that poster who clearly hasn't read the thread, so I soldier on...

I don't actually really like Lindors... Blush On which note, night all.

YABU, that would make every thread like reading Time's Arrow by Martin Amis. I usually read a whole thread before commenting. I've made an exception in this case so forgive me if it's been said already Grin

I don't know what you mean.
Does 'top to bottom' mean 'from start to finish'? i.e. from first timed post to last timed post? If so, why is that a weird thing to do?

When you read a thread, is the latest post at the top or the bottom?

I have my MN set so that the last post is at the top, so I read from the bottom up. It means that when I come back to the thread I immediately see the last post.

Some weird people have it the other way around and can't see sense. Wink

I see. I'm one of the weirdos, then, as I prefer to see the argument debate unfold from start to finish.
