Bogeyface · 02/01/2013 00:57

I am eyeing up the ham sandwich I made earlier and didnt have time to eat!

Bogeyface · 02/01/2013 00:58

Steak sandwich, is that like a whole steak in bread? If it is then ditch the bread and just have the steak!

Casmama · 02/01/2013 00:58

Why not - you've obviously got it in your head now.

Sleepingbunnies · 02/01/2013 00:58

If I didn't have to walk down 3 flights of stairs to my kitchen i would be stuffing my face now!!

browneyesblue · 02/01/2013 00:58

SPsFanjoHasSatelliteNavigation · 02/01/2013 01:01

Go for it. I love steak sandwiches

Binfullofgibletsonthe26th · 02/01/2013 01:03

I'm an hour later here, and I've just demolished a small packet of pork scratchings, 5 choc seashells and a big glass of full fat coke.

I'm in my bed with DS, and trying not to rustle the packaging incase he wakes and demands some of my delicious midnight feast I disturb his sleep.

CatPussRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 02/01/2013 01:05

Grin I love you guys!
I was thinking of slicing the steak seasoning, adding some balsamic vinegar and some sliced onions cooking to just med rare and then stuffing the whole lot into a couple of slices of tiger loaf!

I'm tempted to pop back downstairs now...NYE cheeseboard still pretty robust, half a Homemade Christmas cake left...and a pile of Delia's sausage rolls......

Slimming world starts next week!

Jbck · 02/01/2013 01:21

Are you near me, because I would love you forever if you made two and popped over with one, or I could come collect it Grin

freddiefrog · 02/01/2013 01:27

Just don't set the smoke alarm off - rookie mistake 101 - I had to make cheese on toast for everyone I woke up

DoIgetastickerforthat · 02/01/2013 01:29

I made scrambled egg on toast, just over an hour ago - do it!

hatgirl · 02/01/2013 01:32

when I was at university I was always in charge of making everyone cheese on toast when we came in from a night out (usually at least half of the 26 people who I shared a kitchen with). I would put dried herbs and little dots of ketchup/ lea perrins on it before putting it under the grill. I would then cut it up into little squares 'student canapes' I remember those days fondly... back then I was a god!

Binfullofgibletsonthe26th · 02/01/2013 01:33

Are we having ourselves a Malory Towers midnight feast here, ladies?

CatPussRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 02/01/2013 01:35

Oh LORD! The St Agur has just made the dish! Ive put the filling on top of the bread so I can eat that afterwards!

I must be quite boring because i have just had toast and coffee (yum) and bypassed the delicious roast beef left overs in the fridge Hmm
