I've just eaten some stilton. I'm considering a ham sarnie :)

Jealous! We've been to Pizza Hut for tea, thought technically that was a whole 8 hours ago and I've had cheese on crackers but I'm lying in bed fantasising about crisps. Would prefer the steak and tiger bread option but lacking the ingredients, afraid of cheesemares if I make cheese on toast. Tempting tho, have really good granary bread and grated cheese downstairs. Think I'll sit it out for 10 and see how I feel.

I've just had a very odd but amazing sandwich
Seeded soft bread, onion chutney and seriously strong cheese spread Blush

Shouldn't have opened this thread.... An fasting for my gestational diabetes test in the morning. Just had a sip of water when what I fancy is the cheeseboard in the fridge downstairs or the jar of Roses that is next to the fridge Sad

yuletopian99 · 02/01/2013 02:14

Wow, am stuck up here in bed feeding small one (5 day old,) and now seriously craving the rest of the grouse pate on toast..

Naysa · 02/01/2013 02:14

Can you come live with me? Grin
Breadsticks and flaming hot monster munch just haven't hit the spot.
Why did I open this thread? Sad

brighthair · 02/01/2013 02:15

The onion chutney was good Grin
I love that seriously strong cheese spread on crumpets too.

Bogeyface · 02/01/2013 02:24

Oh Yule I will swap you a cuddle with a newborn for any foodstuff you care to name! I would give anything for a snuffly cuddle with my DC's as newborns again, steak sandwiches would be the least of it!

bootsycollins · 02/01/2013 02:25

Just surrendered to Brussels pâté on 2 rounds of thick granary toast mmmmmmmm

WandaDoff · 02/01/2013 02:30

I still have 3/4 of a round of lovely gooey brie I got from Lidl yesterday.

Yum Smile

I was going to go back to bed, but nevermind

Cutiecat · 02/01/2013 02:48

4 Jaffa cakes and a hot chocolate. I feel very boring.

scripsi · 02/01/2013 02:58

You just made me eat scrambled eggs ... the steak sandwich would have been nicer though Xmas Envy

yuletopian99 · 02/01/2013 02:59

cutie jaffa cakes got me through labour! Xmas Grin Never again will I underestimate the orangey confused cake-biscuit..

Cutiecat · 02/01/2013 03:04

Yuletoplan you are amazing, I found gas and air helped. If only I had known the pain easing properties of the Jaffa cake during my three births. Xmas Wink

I fancy toast - but no bread in the house :( Bugger.
