YANBU at all!

I admit, I first liked the idea, then I saw some in real life and it just looked awful.

Anyone who does that, loses their licence, in my world. Or is that being unreasonable? Grin

Alisvolatpropiis · 07/12/2012 21:02

YANBU.

Not been in the Birchgrove area of Cardiff this evening have you? A widely mocked eyelashed car resides(is parked) there.

LindtReindeerLover · 07/12/2012 21:03

Glad it's not just me!

I think they should lose their licence if the eyelashes are accompanied by a "powered by fairy dust" sticker.

If it's just the eyelashes, perhaps 3 points and a £60 fine?

LindtReindeerLover · 07/12/2012 21:04

no not in Cardiff Alisvolatpropiis there is one that keeps parking in our communal parking area and it annoys me!

backwardpossom · 07/12/2012 21:05

Haha no, YANBU! They look ridiculous.

LollipopViolet · 07/12/2012 21:05

"Powered by Fairy Dust" sticker??? Shock

Who would DO that??

LindtReindeerLover · 07/12/2012 21:07

LollipopViolet something like this

AnnoyingOrange · 07/12/2012 21:08

Live and let live, I say. But I wouldn't have one myself

HollyBerryBush · 07/12/2012 21:09

Same all the numpties who have "princess on board". Really? In whose world is there a princess?

ivykaty44 · 07/12/2012 21:09

They are fake eyelashes - cars don't have real eyelashes - just wanted to get that off my chest Smile

hb84 · 07/12/2012 21:09

Couldn't agree more. I'm also against the naming of cars. They are cars.

NettoHoHoHoSuperstar · 07/12/2012 21:11

Mine currently has antlers Xmas Grin

TheWheelies · 07/12/2012 21:11

They are vile. I have an almost physical reaction everytime I see them. And don't get me started on the little cuddly toys some people drag from their rear bumpers. Horrid.

MrsChristmasBungle · 07/12/2012 21:11

YANBU. I also think they should not have a vase with a flower in them.

edwinbear · 07/12/2012 21:12

YANBU. I wanted to poke it in the headlight the first time I saw it.

edwinbear · 07/12/2012 21:12

and yy mrschristmas that is also very wrong

Alisvolatpropiis · 07/12/2012 21:16

hb84 I don't understand the naming of cars either! My friends talk about "my Betty being ill" and they mean their car! Hmm

LindtReindeerLover · 07/12/2012 21:17

ivykaty44 Smile tis true. I wonder what the next craze is going to be?

But as AnnoyingOrange says live and let live, plenty worse happening in the world! Just wanted to canvas opinion as car-lashes seem to be popping up everywhere at the mo. too much time on my hands must find something worthwhile to do

OP posts:
LindtReindeerLover · 07/12/2012 21:20

oh yeah MrsChristmasBungle why do VW beetles have vases with flowers? I can kind of understand it if it's a woman driving the car as they are quite girly but I've seen a sporty looking one with a macho looking bloke driving and he still had the flower!

NettoHoHoHoSuperstar I'll let you off for the antlers, I like a bit of festivity Xmas Smile

WhenSantaGotStuckUpACunnyFunt · 07/12/2012 21:22

I really think these should be more popular.

And also these.

WhenSantaGotStuckUpACunnyFunt · 07/12/2012 21:23

Better than cuddly toys dangling from the back bumper eh?

LindtReindeerLover · 07/12/2012 21:25

WhenSanta loving those, I think the carstache would be acceptable for Movember...

OP posts:
ivykaty44 · 07/12/2012 21:30

I wonder what the next craze is going to be?

as long as it is not fake bottoms on the boot - or in the case of some cars with their boot at the front - as that would be revolting [yukface]

HairyGrotter · 07/12/2012 21:32

YANBU...only cunts put that sort of shit on their cars.

I like the bollocks though, they would make me laugh therefore earing the driver a much coveted place in my book of 'ok' people.

chrismissymoomoomee · 07/12/2012 21:32

Cars....eyelashes

I have never seen or heard of this. I have seen 85 million lots of the 'powered by fairy dust' stickers though. It makes cars individual apparently.
