to have fed my baby here?

Went shopping yesteerday.ds1. Jas a blu badge so we parked in a disabled space.went to shops and back to car couple of hours later. We have 4 dcs and the baby 7 mths started screaming and was hungry.by then the car park was packd. I started to feed ds while dh got other dcs in car and an elderly couple drove past and politely asked if we were leaving, dh said sorry not yet then 2 other drivers did the same but the fourth stopped got out and said please could we hurry up, I explained that when I had fed ds we would be going but she was really angry and said a disabled space is not just for sitting in that we should go immediately. I was only another ten mins fding ds it is hard enough going out as all dcs have same condition and ds2 was really screaming I had to feed him as it was a long drive home. Was I being unreasonable?

Offered that was entirelly uncalled for, I was offering advice based on my greater levell of knowlledge and experience, there was no need to be so rude. IF you can't accept that others have spent a great deal of time researching to become respected in their fielld, I woulld sugges you don't go into Academa as you won't get far! I allso have practise and advocacy experience so my comments about the the need to tighten your arguments are based on experience too, if you don't want then fine, but don't be so rude.

PS if spelling is such an indication of tallent, I will tell one world renouned colllleague and my very professionally well respected OH, both dyslexic to packk it in now shalll I? Angry

My mw told me to scrub the kitchen floor on my hands and knees when I was heavily pregnant.

Because 1. You'll be in just the right position to get the baby in the right position for birth.

And 2. Because you won't have a chance to clean the floor again for weeks.

No pineapple, had curry.......been ill with lots of bugs which I think has made me hang on, feeling better now and this baby is a biggie so it's time to come out methinks, last one was 10lb and arrived on time.

I think sometimes certain posters on MN need to be starved of the attention they crave.

Just being totally wrong, out of order and insulting isn't enough - they have to keep on picking and picking at other posters to get a response.

Sorry nolittle I was on the phone to my dad. The problem is that you have not provided anything to support your assertion that you are an authority and as I have said before you have made a number of silly mistakes with fundamental principles. I'd be perfectly willing to accept the authority of someone willing to provide credible justification for the things they say and be fair, what you said to me was nasty and it is the first time I have actually bitten despite having direct insults levelled at me more than once. Plus I stand by it. I don't find you credible or an authority based on what you have said on this thread.
