to think this 'concept' is bloody ridiculous not to mention dangerous and to ask if anyone else would like to give some feedback?!

The Bottle Bib - for those who don't have time to sit and feed their baby Hmm

They have a questionnaire inviting feedback. Please do join me in giving some Smile

It makes me really sad that some parents think that their baby needing fed is an inconvenience. That thing, real or not, looks hideous.

Mandy2003 · 23/11/2012 18:36

There's something missing from this design - an ashtray Grin

Glitterknickaz · 23/11/2012 18:37

just spat coke over laptop at Mandy

Blu · 23/11/2012 18:37

MummaBubba People, please, please take this on Dragons Den. It will be such fun.

On second thoughts don't - too much like bloodsports, throwing you to to the dragons on this one.

Blu · 23/11/2012 18:38

snort at Mandy.

Moominsummermadness · 23/11/2012 18:39

Grin at Mandy.

Sokmonsta · 23/11/2012 18:40

Now there's an idea Glitter.....

I know it can be hard work, 2 screaming babies, toddler and 4yo want a snack/drink/toy/nappy change.

I've trained the 4yo to bottle feed a baby when absolutely essential. She even winds them. Bet these contraptions don't do that Hmm

MrsBradleyCooper · 23/11/2012 18:44

Jesus.

Anyway, just tried to do questionnaire but it has been shut down.

Wonder why Grin

Glitterknickaz · 23/11/2012 18:45

Bwhahahaaaa

cheekybaubles · 23/11/2012 18:45

Can you put fruit shoot in it instead?

insancerre · 23/11/2012 18:46

"The questionnaire page been temporarily shut down"

damn!

Hydrophilic · 23/11/2012 18:47

Horrible, horrible device. You've broken the questionnaire. It's been "temporarily shut down".

I like the rest of the products though. I've been searching for the perfect vile shawl with scratch tulle attached complete with personalised diamonte boxing gloves stuck on.

oldraver · 23/11/2012 18:48

I cant imagine why you want to use this...even when my DS was being tube fed he was cuddled and snuggled in close so he could smell me.

The time spent feeding a young baby is so little time out of their lives... why would you not want to enjoy this as much as you can

MrsBradleyCooper · 23/11/2012 18:54

As if this would ever be allowed to be made anyway! Can't see it being awarded a kitemark Hmm

BluelightsAndSirens · 23/11/2012 18:54

Oh the questionnaire is shut down, I wonder if they have had enough feedback now?

BellaOfTheBalls · 23/11/2012 18:57

WTAF?!

I wish they'd tell it like it is though. "feeds Braedon-Jae-McKenzee-Bloo for you so you can smoke & watch Jezza without having to move.

wonders where OP found this and the dreadful website

Jux · 23/11/2012 18:57

I found that trying to get myself ready for work and dd up and fed etc., it was bloody awkward. I didn't make a contraption to hold her bottle in place though.

I got up earlier.

Moominsummermadness · 23/11/2012 18:57

The flexible arm bottle holder is just as bad. Presumably for mums who are too engrossed in clothes shopping for themselves to be bothered to go and find somewhere to sit and feed their baby.

DowagersHump · 23/11/2012 18:59

Well Sarah from Romford, your idea has gone down like a lead balloon :(

TheProvincialLady · 23/11/2012 19:01

Ugh.

And also, when you consider the incredibly rigid controls and standards there are on toys for babies/children under 3, why is it possible and legal (?) for people to sell this kind of dangerous shite? Not to mention the be-blinged home made bollocky blankets and 'buggy jewellery' that any moron can and does advertise on Facebook? It's only a matter of time before some poor baby chokes on something of that kind.

BellaOfTheBalls · 23/11/2012 19:04

You're right provincial if that gets through the testing protocols (British kite mark?) I'd be astounded.

strumpetpumpkin · 23/11/2012 19:05

GENIUS

CuriosityKilledTheCrap · 23/11/2012 19:06

I can't stop commenting on their FB page!

A red mist has descended!

QuickQuickSloe · 23/11/2012 19:07

That is so depressing Sad Babies need cuddles! It reminds me of that old psychology experiment on attachment with rhesus (sp?) monkeys where the baby monkeys needed cuddles more than anything else.

What were they thinking?!

WelshMaenad · 23/11/2012 19:09

Dumspirospero, clearly you are underachieving, if you'd used a bottle bib you'd have had time to put makeup on the baby too. Tch.

Back in the real world - what the FUCK?
