I want to like him, because his sister seems so lovely. But he makes it rather difficult.

Have just realised that the Review Show is filmed in Glasgow. I am in Glasgow. I may have inadvertently breathed the same air as him this evening.

I'm not his No 1 fan.

Is he managing to shoehorn as many references to his wife, Esther, and his child, Kitty, on the Review Show as he does in his restaurant reviews?

He did mention his wife!

To be fair he probably can't believe anyone agreed to marry him.

I follow his wife on twitter as it turns out. Apparently she essentially puts up with him because he never repeats an anecdote ergo I assume she finds him at least entertaining if not funny
I went off him after he tweeted a woman,who had said something about him he took umbrage to,that she was a "barren bitter ugly old crone". An ever so slightly delicate (and colossal) ego going on there I think.

I turned it on, didn't realise it was him and wondered who the hot guy in the suit was. Then I felt very embarrassed. He mentioned his wife "who is ten years younger than I am". He kept interrupting the woman next to him in the five minutes I watched. So I turned over.

He is without a single redeeming feature as far as I can see. Has said some choice/racist things about Polish people.p

I read somewhere that GC admitted to being both colossally rude yet also hypersensitive to criticism, which is such an unfortunate personality combo for a opinion writer that it actually sounds like something the Bad Fairy would wish on Sleeping Beauty. Oh, yes, the anti-Polish rant, I remember it well. Yes, all the 'Polacks' (as he called them) loved burning Jews alive for fun in the WWII Terrible article it was, actually, misinformed, racist, just vile. Prick.
