Your child can ask for a neck tattoo as often as they like. However, it is illegal for them to get one until they are an adult i.e. 18 or over. By which time it won't actually be any of your business.

OP, you are an idiot if you think having a tattoo on his neck somehow impairs his ability to do his job properly.

If he does his job well then why should someone else, who may not be as good as him get the job instead?

I think more people should be on telly being nice to children looking like whatever they want to look like.

DCs would then grow up to realise that people who look different to them might still be alright to speak to and associate with and less sections of society would be mrginalised.
