Haha is this dr who? I didn't see it but I'm 31, many many of my old school friends appear a tad freaked out by it this week according to fb!

LibrariansMakeNovelLovers · 29/09/2012 20:08

Nooooo, they are Scary Fuckers - I'm usually okay but there is something about them....

TunipTheVegemal · 29/09/2012 20:09

Put it this way, if I was an art historian working on sculpture right now I would be considering a change to paintings and drawings.

edam · 29/09/2012 20:10

Grin Tunip, I feel the same way. Could only manage to watch because I was cuddling ds (who thought I was reassuring him...).

elfycat · 29/09/2012 20:11

YANBU

I'm 41 Wink

TunipTheVegemal · 29/09/2012 20:11

Those cherubs making chittering noises in the dark were the worst!

catsmother · 29/09/2012 20:12

Ha ..... we've got a weeping angel on the shelf in my living room. You can put its hands over its eyes and everything !! Grin

.... though my daughter just turned it round so you couldn't see its face !

SheelaNeGoldGig · 29/09/2012 20:13

I have just requested one for on my grave.

marjproops · 29/09/2012 20:15

yep. me too, trying not to be scared for dc's sake! but for me it's still the daleks....lifelong fear.

Bit rubbish ending this episode methinks...was expecting something else.

weirdlyunique · 29/09/2012 20:18

They are the scariest creature on doctor who because they cant really be defeated and all you have to do is blink

The idea of the statue of liberty being one freaked me out but i thought well at least someone is always watching it !!

marjproops · 29/09/2012 20:25

oh the statue of liberty was the scariest thing! that big face!

PigeonPie · 29/09/2012 20:29

Nelly - YANBU - I'm 42 on Tuesday and they bloody scare me!

marshmallowpies · 29/09/2012 20:29

35 and scared. Watching Blink for the first time scared the pants off me. This one wasn't quite as bad but the baby angels were pretty creepy.

NellyBluth · 29/09/2012 20:31

I'm only half way through, I'm in the house in my own (well, I doubt an 8mo is going to much help) and I keep having to pause it Sad

PersonalClown · 29/09/2012 20:47

EdgarAllanPond · 29/09/2012 20:49

there is one of those angels in white marble on a stone in the local churchyard - it looks really out of place, a piece of Victorian bad taste -

i always keep a careful eye on it.

PickledFanjoCat · 29/09/2012 20:51

Ooof imagine waking up and one is leering at you! Aaaarrrrgh!

SauvignonBlanche · 29/09/2012 20:52
