I do feel sorry for her after seeing these pics
www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2208159/Chantelle-Houghton-stocks-Red-Bull-anticipates-sleepless-nights-ahead-single-mother.html. Not only has her husband gone AWOL but she's doing the shop and looks exhausted.

She came home one day to find Alex dressed as Roxanne, wanking like a demented chimp.

That's about the height of it really.

Frontpaw · 25/09/2012 15:22

How do you know these things??

Mrsjay · 25/09/2012 15:22

erm cake you might be right she was supposed to be in a girl band on CBB met preston OK paid for the wedding OK paid for the divorce and OK paid for the oh will they get back together story .

Mrsjay · 25/09/2012 15:22

Oh good god I feel sick

arthurfowlersallotment · 25/09/2012 15:23

She told OK magazine!

squoosh · 25/09/2012 15:24

Then she took that skinny one from that band off his seemingly quite nice French girlfriend and they sold their souls to OK.

Fair enough, they sold their souls but I'm pretty sure you can't 'take someone off their nice girlfriend'.

CakeBump · 25/09/2012 15:25

She has no shame, obviously Sad

sugarice · 25/09/2012 15:25

That BB was the best ever Grin. George Galloway, Barrymore and Pete Burns, absolutely hilarious!

hilaryross57 · 25/09/2012 15:26

I'm sorry for that poor child - but, really, why do these women choose this path? Is it too hard to lead a normal life? It seems like they are blinded by the glitz and the glamour, don't study in school because they long for this faux life, have no true goals and aspirations. Actually it turns out that life is more stressful

Does she make her own decisions? Keeping the public in the loop for ever move she makes?

CakeBump · 25/09/2012 15:27

Either way they had a sordid, public affair and he was meant to be engaged to Nice French Girl.

Maybe she wasn't nice who knows? but she didn't look like a cheap Paris Hilton and whore herself all over TV

margerykemp · 25/09/2012 15:27

Just because she's famous and not very smart doesnt mean she doesnt deserve sympathy.

Bitchiness isnt attractive, you know.

Tweasels · 25/09/2012 15:27

CachuHwch - I think you're wrong. If she came on here and posted her back story and ended it with "so am I being unreasonable to ring hate mongering filth rag the Daily Mail and ask them to follow me to the shops so I can take a cut of the money and also play mind games with my wee babies fuckwit of a dad"

I think quite rightly we'd give her a right fucking flaming.

squoosh · 25/09/2012 15:27

There are just as many empty headed boys chasing fame as there are girls. I don't think it's a purely female failing.

CachuHwch · 25/09/2012 15:28

YY margery
And I think to say that someone who wants (and has succeeded) to be famous is "whoring herself" is unkind and offensive.

CakeBump · 25/09/2012 15:29

Its like Kerry Katona isn't it?

Eventually their only source of income is these low-grade tittle tattle magazines.

Of course they could always get a job in Tesco, but somehow that probably looks like too much work next to "baring all" for OK.

squoosh · 25/09/2012 15:29

I don't really understand the vitriol myself. Is she that offensive?

LadyMargolotta · 25/09/2012 15:29

I don't believe she's that rich either. And she doesn't have qualifications/ a proper job to fall back on. I feel quite sorry for her.

Nancy66 · 25/09/2012 15:30

she's not offensive. Just thick and pointless like her boyfriend

CakeBump · 25/09/2012 15:30

"Just because she's famous and not very smart doesn't mean she doesn't deserve sympathy."

Except I think she probably brought much of this on herself. So no, I don't think she deserves sympathy.

squoosh · 25/09/2012 15:30

But if you were Kerry Katona and OK magazine offered you £20,000 for a photo shoot and a fawning interview why would you turn that down to martyr yourself in Tesco on minimum wage?

CachuHwch · 25/09/2012 15:31

You're making a whole lot of assumptions there Tweasels. The photos of her obviously sell mags, so I don;t think they're necessarily set up by her- The DM are going to station a pap outside the homes of any celebs that will sell papers.
How is photos of her shopping going to play mind games with her ex's head? More than the numerous in-depth personal interviews he's given about their situation?

CakeBump · 25/09/2012 15:31

Exactly squoosh, you wouldn't.

But lots of people wouldn't go down that road in the first place, because they have standards

LadyMargolotta · 25/09/2012 15:31

I bet Chantelle doesn't get 20000 for a photo shoot.

Ithinkitsjustme · 25/09/2012 15:32

I feel sorry for anyone who has a new baby, has no support and feels totally knackered, but I think she's in a better position than many other single mums, so frankly my sympathy is slightly muted.

CakeBump · 25/09/2012 15:33

I don't why she's worth threepence myself....
