The tread on some of the stairs has been wobbly for ages, very old wood.
Got worse, had a look underneath and two of the slats are cracked
Need replacing

When you have a load of things going on, you see them as this great big pile of shit. and this and this and this AND this and this...

But by looking at each one individually, you see that it's not so bad and there are things you can do.

Ask of you can hire the car for another 2 weeks, then get on the garages back. Is there someone near you who can take your DS to school until you get your car back?
