I'd arrange to meet her and she'd be about 3 hours late and when she turned up she'd say: 'oh Nancy I'm so sorry i'm late but I was having dinner with Prince Philip.'

Then I'd ask her assistant if that was true and she'd say; 'no, she was just in bed.'

I think it's really rather pathetic to inject shedloads of crap into your lips so you look like a fish. Irrespective of age and gender.

Really, SoupDragon? I just don't think about it like that. I used to make comments about how other people looked as well, and when I stopped (and it took a lot of effort, because it was so normal for me) I realised that I felt much better about myself and about other people.

Personally I think it extremely sad and pathetic that someone would turn themselves into a parody of "youth" through cosmetic surgery. My grandmother looked far better at 99 than Jackie Stallone does at 90 because she looked natural.

Look at Jane Fonda. 74 and looking fabulous. With sensible use of cosmetic surgery. No trout lips, no frozen cat looks, not trying to look 20 again. Fabulous.
