My great grandma is 90 and is she looked like that I would never visit her again

Now you can't tell me that looks good, the top few are the most recent

Looks amazing for 90! 90 year olds generally don't look that good, maybe the not so natural look is not to everyone's taste but she is taking care of her appearance. What I also noticed is that her posture is quite good for a 90 year old.

That's what I mean Moomin...the photo in the OP is heavily airbrushed.

One of the most annoying things about her on Big Brother was that all the surgery has lost her the ability to breathe quietly and talk properly.

as for posture.. she has the bandy legs that most old ladies have, and most certainly does not look great in that skirt!
