It's not for me. Much to my DH's disappointment.

My dad has long hair, or at least he did last time I saw him several years ago. It made him look like a wanker/arsehole. YANBU OP.

There's a pic of my DH on my profile. But with short hair not long. I think he looks better with it short but sometimes I miss it :) I cried when he cut it but it was time. It was time.

I like long hair on a man as long as it's clean and not straggly.

YABU - The head of the paediatricans practice that we use for DD has his hair in a pony and he is a grandfather to 6. When scouting out the options for her it was what made me decided to go with them. My thoughts were that here in the US, if a top rated paediatrican is willing to go against norms then I doubt he will over prescribe antibiotics. Turns out my instincts were right. He is fab with all aspects of DD's health and development.

I have numerous male friends with long, clean thick hair and it looks great.
Some of them are musicians, a couple are even in rock bands,

My DH is teaching himself piano, does that count?

He has long curly, dark blonde hair, frankly the best most high maintenance hair in this family, DD and myself included!

Found some hysterical old photos the other day of when he was growing it, before it was long enough to tie back, very Krystal Tips!

His reason for keeping it long - if it's short it needs to be cut regularly (see above ) and he doesn't like going to the barbers!

I love long hair on guys.
When I met DP his hair was just below his shoulders, before he cut it all off it was half way down his back and longer than mine .

He had to cut it off for work as a mechanic though because it got in teh way even when it was tied back.

(I still have it in a drawer as I got the hairdresser to cut it off as a ponytail for me)

To be honest short hair suits him more, but I still loved his long hair and think long hair on most guys is way better than short!

Oh... and I did forget, he was in a Metal band at the time so I believe it was allowed anyway!

yabu, some older men suit long hair, for some it is part of their lifestyle choice (hate the word lifestyle...). btw, dh has very long hair, is older and is in a rock band :)
