3 weeks though - TBH that's about par for the course with companies who like doing things on monthly runs... I reckon it'll actually take 3 months (they'll forget it on the first run, then almost do it on the second - but someone will have forgotten to sign something, then they'll finally get it on the third pass)

I think you should knock £500 off your next payment, btw. When their very slow accounts are done, it'll balance out. If they send a cheque before they've done the accounts, you can cross it our and send it back :)

nah, like I say, onus is always on OP to make sure they are clear. If you aren't clear to everyone - then you weren't clear. I assumed that everyone would get the post, maybe even laugh a bit at the way it was worded, they didn't. I should have worded it in a way that left no room at all for doubt.
