I am freezing. I have just utterly flipped out with dd and yelled "It's JULY"!! (in south-east - it's 15 degrees in my kitchen)

Dd said 'bet you can find someone on Mumsnet who has their heating on in Britain'.

So we are betting there is Grin

LolaThePregnantFlyola · 02/07/2012 18:00

yes, and i'm not even at home.

RackandRuin · 02/07/2012 18:00

Not me, but my mum has. I hope to god she's not on here.

BrianCoxhasSmellySox · 02/07/2012 18:00

Yes had mine on earlier mostly to dry washing but also because it's freezing.

Conflugenglugen · 02/07/2012 18:01

Yes, i put mine on for a few hours this morning. I'm so glad I'm not the only one - thought I was going mad feeling cold.

Gravity1 · 02/07/2012 18:03

I do - partly because I feel damp, chilly and miserable, and partly to try to dry all our shoes off for tomorrow. Grumble etc.

MissCoffeeNWine · 02/07/2012 18:03

No, it's been off for months. It's 15 degrees outside no need for additional heating I wouldn't have thought, especially not mine that only does one temperature - boiling hot!

molepom · 02/07/2012 18:04

Yep, me and my mate and her dad no NEVER has the heating on so I know it's cold if he's got it on. He's one of those who wears hats and coats indoors before he puts the heating on.

molepom · 02/07/2012 18:05

Although as far as I know I'm the only on that list who is a MNer.

Dawndonna · 02/07/2012 18:07

My mother would if she were here, but she's in France at the moment.

Hullygully · 02/07/2012 18:07

yes. It's FREEZING

Piemistress · 02/07/2012 18:07

Mine is on :( I am in NE Scotland though and at home with 2 week old baba but still, it's flipping July!!

MimsyBorogroves · 02/07/2012 18:08

I put ours on for a while this morning.

I have a raging infection though, so was freezing, and my BLW baby needs to eat naked to spare the washing machine Grin It's off again now.

Procrastinating · 02/07/2012 18:08

mine is on.

LineRunner · 02/07/2012 18:09

How spooky. I just put mine on to try to dry out today's fucking dampness and general wet misery.

I am ragingly sick of this rain.

DashingRedhead · 02/07/2012 18:09

I cam really close, I must admit. It's freezing.

RubyFakeNails · 02/07/2012 18:10

Am in London and mine is on, set to 21/22 (apart from when I crank it 24 behind DHs back)

ThisWeekonFancyPuffin · 02/07/2012 18:10

Mine was on earlier, I'm in Kent. Then I got too hot and frantically opened all the windows Hmm

Losingitall · 02/07/2012 18:10

Me today to dry the washing.

Airer full tumble drier full radiators full

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 02/07/2012 18:10

Yes, mine is back on (Berkshire)

MidnightKnitter · 02/07/2012 18:10

Yep me too. Sad I'm in soggy central Scotland and i'm drowning in wet washing. It's driving me mad. I dread to think what the bill will be like.
