I know my chubsters only 5months (and 3 days lol), but after a few months of observing the behaviour of older kids, I just hope that my boy will grow up to be better behaved than alot of kids I see around. Sad Some boys today in the park, well I won't go in to it but, I would of been horrified if my one grew up to be as disrectful as that?
Am I wrong in thinking its time for a change and that all new mummies should take a pledge to bring up polite and caring kids as a kickback to this rude genneration that we have before us at the mo?

Agree with tantrums I want to see the mumsnet pledge!

Anyone want a Biscuit

carlysreducingtummy · 26/06/2012 22:08

Well. I'm going to be ignoreing all you taken the Micheal. The boys did, along with other stuff, disregarded signs about not bringing dogs onto playarea's. And didnt say please or thank you to Mario the icecream vanman.

Aww. Five months (and three days, mustn't forget those pwecious three days) pfb and you know everything, how sweeeet.

You might think mine are ill brought up horrors, but they have Autism. Bit different.

Try to see things from all sides, you may see things very differently in a few years when your little darling is a heap of screaming, snotty tantrumming on the floor. Mine still do that way out of toddler years.

Tis an edyookayshun this parenting lark. Of all kinds.

Sparklingbrook · 26/06/2012 22:09

Poor Mario. Sad

Puffinsaresmall · 26/06/2012 22:09

come on op, 'ignoreing' too, too obvious.

BigHairyFlowers · 26/06/2012 22:09

I thought childreering was something to do with orienteering. I'm still confused.

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 26/06/2012 22:09

I think we need to focus as a nation on not bringing up a whole load of chubster kids.

LeeCoakley · 26/06/2012 22:10

Come on, own up who are you? Grin

TantrumsAndBalloons · 26/06/2012 22:10

piprabbit · 26/06/2012 22:10

Op - you hold on to that hope. You are going to need every scrap of hope and faith in the future to get you through the challenge of being a parent.

WhatWouldMargoDo · 26/06/2012 22:10

FallenCaryatid · 26/06/2012 22:10

How old were the bad boys and did they have their mummies with them?
Because it is often a surprise how many angels are only angelic if there is a parent watching them.

ilovesooty · 26/06/2012 22:10

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 26/06/2012 22:11

The OP was clearly focussing so much on following these reprobrate children around, I am amazed she had she had any time for her little chubster. I would OF thought she should be paying him more attention....

Salmotrutta · 26/06/2012 22:11
