I have switched off and have put on a cd. Tarrant is a self obsessed prat. My heart sank when they did the show handover and it was him.

He always sucks air through his teeth, which makes me very very cross. Sarah Cox does it too. People like that shouldn't be allowed on the radio.

I always turn of Chris 'I'm going to talk ver the top of every guest' Tarrant and Richard 'our daughter Chloe needs a mention every 10 minutes' Madeley. It's absolutely dire when they are both working on the same day

Oh yes, the smugness! And you are right about the the air sucking, totally irritating. Madeley and Tarrant together, bloody awful.

Steve Wright is shite anyway. He ruins the songs by singing over them in a stupid voice (even on Sunday love songs where the song really means something to people, who may have to wait months or years to get a dedication aired)
And he's a fucking sycophant.

But I really love Radio 2 and non stop oldies. It'd be perfect if it weren't for that knob.

I find Simon Mayo very bland and a bit of a twunt. guess I need to look for a new radio station....

Chris Tarrant to, although I actually don't mind Steve Wright, he's not as good as he used to be but he's still better than Tarrant.

Tarrant used to be great on Capital Breakfast, I missed him. Now i hate listening to him.
Jeremy Vine is awful, he says the most ignorant and ridiculous things, Vanessa is slightly irritating but a bright woman.
Love Liza Tarbuck, she can be on anytime as far as I'm concerned.

Radio2 has lost me for the week. Feltz followed by Tarrant?????? No No No No No. What are they thinking????

But I do like Steve Wright I like that he's a bit smug and they're all sycophantic, it's sort of the point of the show.

But where to go? Radio1 is back-to-back Big Weekend so that's out after today.

(Lot of ???? and !!!! in there but such is the strength of my feeling).

Can anyone suggest an alternative? I don't like commercial stations, but like a broad range of music.

She has a lovely voice, is very funny and a nice person.

I can assure you that my musical repertoire (mostly) involves more than three chords, and I do stamina too.
