She was awful - I actually felt sorry for her, it was cringeworthy. And given she is a millionaire out of a distinct lack of singing ability, "ok for her" isn't exactly great - it's not school, effort doesn't count for anything - she puts herself out as a singer and is therefore open to scrutiny just like if i wasn't good at my job people would soon tell me.
She is obviously very good at what she does but just like Posh spice had to realise that her vocal ability wasn't going to get people to take seriously so does Cheryl - she should stick to energetic dance routines that take the focus off her voice because people won't continue to buy singles from someone who sounds mediocre at best, she has done well at hiding it so far. GB isn;t the best singer in the world - but she made him sound the best singer in the world.

Cheryl cannot sing. She even sounds bad autotuned - now that's an achievement.

I heard Cheryl Cole singing with Gary Barlow live on Radio 2 just now, so could not even be distracted by how beautiful she always looks.

Oh dear... perhaps her monitor was not working properly and she couldn't hear what she was doing? I have heard her sound very good in the past. Bet she is mortified, poor woman, especially if she is reading this thread.

Autotune, greenbananas. They even use it whilst 'singing' live these days.
