HandMadeTail · 03/06/2012 21:38

I do give a shit about both, because I am bloody annoyed about them.

  1. I am anti-Royal
  2. I am annoyed at the money that has been diverted from community sports to fund the olympics. Great for GB plc. Crap for ordinary people and the health of the nation.

A little bit Crown

Not really, but it will give something to watch on tv when I am trapped on holiday hell hundreds of miles from home with the ex-p, his parents, grandparents and assorted other family members, no phone signal and no internet.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 03/06/2012 21:40

Yes and yes

Olympics? Undecided. Veering more towards No than Yes

exexpat · 03/06/2012 21:41

No and no, but I do have tickets to the Olympics because the DCs nagged me to apply. I will probably spend the time complaining loudly about having no food choices apart from McDs and wearing clothes with subversive non-sponsor logos.

Ariel - was that question to me?

Yes, if it was just up to me there is no way I would have applied for tickets, as I have absolutely zero interest in sport, but the DCs wanted to go, so I did, and we have tickets to two very minor, very cheap events. I certainly won't be watching it on TV.

DottyDot · 03/06/2012 21:50
