A weed burner is the COOLEST piece of gardening equipment ever, whilst also being the hottest! Its a can of butane (or propane, cant remember!) attached to a metal walking stick shaped metal tube.

You light it and if you hold it against a weed for about 5-8 seconds it destroys the cell structure and the weed dies. Eco friendly (ish), the weeds are compostable AND the best bit is that you feel like Sigourney Weaver in Aliens :o
