I am all out of ideas for things to do with dcs this weekend.

What are you up to?

It's my birthday :o so we are going into town and for some lunch. I will be 35 though and according to another thread that is middle aged so I'm not celebrating too much!!

Boris I think you are onto something there! Maybe we could set up some kind of meet for the alone with kids at bank holidays? Now what could we call ourselves?

We are hoping the weather holds so we can go to Cotswold Wildlife park. If it doesn't I expect we will just laze about at home, maybe a DVD day.

we were supposed to be doing day out with a load of friends to an NT place but because of shocking weather forecast its been cancelled. I want to do PJ day with board games and DVDs, however I think I may be forced to take DCs swimming as I have found out the local council pool is actually open. I could always not tell them

We're taking 4yo DS on his first museum trip tomorrow. Our local one currently has an exhibition on the Solar System. They've done a bit on the topic at preschool so hopefully he'll enjoy it. I've promised him that if he behaves he can buy a fossil in the giftshop afterwards.
