Jeremy Kyle - educational or exploitative?

Aibu to think that JK could be educational on any level? I.e. preventing people from making the same mistakes or do you think it's purely exploiting vulnerable people?

I used to hate it, but now I wonder if there is any benefit to it for some people. It doesn't discuss issues like domestic violence, child neglect, addiction and responsibility, but does it do it in a way that has any positive impact? Just wondered what the genera consensus was, as most people in real life slate it but someone must be watching it...

the same sort of stories go on JK DNA tests cheats or just stupid situations i dont think any body is learning anything tbh the show has been going years and the same story is just relentless ,

I like JK. I do think the show makes some good points, some of the 'stories' are Shock but i think some of the twattishness is outweighed by those episodes he does where he takes very poorly children to lapland (for eg) or that one where he made that little lad a radio DJ for the morning

The JK drinking game is pure genius Grin. Im off to crack open the 5 year old bottle of tequila in my drink cupbard and put ITV+1 on.

It's educational in the way that JK shows you how not to be a TV/chat show host.

OP in all walks of life you get people who need to put others down, laugh, bate, pity etc, from JK to MN, there are lots of nice people about too.

I actually think the bad auditions on BGT and XFactor stuff is in the same league as JK.
