AIBU to think that this is bizarre (male birth orgasm)

I came across this story online and cannot get my head around it:

It's about a couple from a US reality show (Real Housewives of New York) and the fact that while experiencing something like an orgasmic birth, the wife realised her husband had too:

Is that something that happens???! I was skeptical enough about female orgasmic birth experiences but this is something else... Has anyone heard of this before?

yes its kind of weird but they are on a reality show so i guess they have to say something controversial but its just bloody strange , I dont think my husband had anysort of orgasim

Not quite the same but when dh tried a little gas and air while I was in labour. The result was a huge boner and we both found the irony of it hilarious. Once the effects of the gas and air wore off so did his erection.

I would have killed him if he'd reacted the same during the actual birth though.
