Well yes and I just accepted that as part of the motherhood deal, but thought MN was somewhere I might get noticed/ heard/ interacted with, but so many times I post and never get a thanks or even a WTF? I am beginning to feel like I am still at home............. anyone out there?

sorry you are feeling a bit shit but i think MN is so big that not everybody gets responded too . but I dont take it personal if im ignored which is a lot but its still fun or fustrating to go onto threads and just keep chatting ,

I post a bit, and sometimes people respond to my posts, but mostly they won't. I feel less ignored here than at home though. At least here I can say what I wouldn't want to say in front of the children. I kind of prefer that stuff to get ignored too.

Actually I think of MN as my online diary, but woe betide anyone who pays attention to it.

Btw, I still don't get Sues name. In fact I never get the subliminal names.

Feel like this sometimes too...I usually 'bump' my post and then when no-one answers even then, I just slink off back into the undergrowth in a huff.....dunno how to get noticed....use of 'FUCK' , exclamation marks or serious crises usually get plenty of help though. I'm such a boring old fart that my questions are usually about householdy stuff
