To think that Pizza Express were abit petty asking to see a Tescos Clubcard with the vouchers?

It's never happened before and I use them all the time. I gave them to my mum and they refused to accept them as her name is one initial different to mine.

I hadn't realised quite how unusual we are when we pay full price. Hell will freeze over before I sell my soul to Tesco though, so I'll just have to look elsewhere. Like you say vallium the kids love our favourite one. They do vary widely in atmosphere and service, our local one is pants.

MissBerta, if you sign up from PE's email list they send 2 for 1 offers all the time.

Do they?! Ohh thanks for that, I'll get onto it. I honestly don't think their food is worth anything more than a 3for2 deal nowadays.

I mean 2 for 1..oh you know what I'm banging on about!

It's all prepared anyway. Next time you go, look and see how many people pay with vouchers or tastecards!

I didn't realise that you could not use other people's pizza express tesco vouchers my colleague gave me her £10 one that was about to expire and I used it.

I use them all the time and have never been asked for my clubcard.

Agree PE is going downhill. My favourite local branch was AWFUL the last time I went - the service was nowhere near what it used to be which was sad as that is where DS and I go for a treat

Prezzo is even worse.

What do you expect - they are shite - their food is (wholly) shite - their customer service is shite.

It didn't used to be shite though, it was always at the higher end of high street nosh. There used to be more than one piece of sliced avocado and two slivers of chicken breast per salad. Just like Cafe Rouge used to be lovely..Tesco are in there too with their feckin vouchers, aren't they. The customer service at my local one (PE) IS shite though.

Tescos are in Cafe Rouge, Pizza Express, Prezzos and, Ask. Pizza Express used to be cooked on the premises and now they ship it in.

What's all the cooking in the middle at Pizza Express then Edinburgh ? There still seems to be a fair amount of pizza dough throwing and dishes of fresh ingredients the chefs use.

Oh the salads are SHITE now and you have to play hunt the avocado now. They used to be lovely.

They might be throwing the pizza dough but, they certainly havent made it!
