this was my parents old house....they did it up and sold it a few years ago.....not much has changed....still same bloody decor!

and its nicer than the glass box....and cheaper...and oop north!

Ahem, actually Rue it holds three cars and a Segway. Wonder if I could go round Waitrose in a Segway. Would be much faster.

It's in one of Putney's prime locations which paradoxically is pretty close to a council estate although it happens to be a conservation area one. It isn't particularly close to good train or tube stations so not brilliant from that point of view. That's expensive even for Putney imo but from the pics it looks as though it might be gated which is pretty important in that bracket round here.

Could offer 6 beds, three baths, river views and a hop and a skip across the bridge to a tube station and west end buses for 1/2 that . Might not be quite as trendy or have quite as much entertaining space. Looks at tiny crack in drawing room ceiling and cobweb in corner and that little bit of tesselated flooring that needs to be repaired.
