I've been going through the threads from the past few days, to get a feel for what people are posting, and I've noticed some posters who would benefit from a spot of navel staring which hopefully will bring them enlightenment and self awareness.

One mum was going on about how she didn't belive in technology and that DC should be doing things other than playing on the PC. Yet she spends several hours on the PC defending her views on why people shouldn't spent several hours on the PC

Another mum was going on about how she didn't like DC playing violent games, either on the PC or with toy guns. She would rather DC do sporty stuff like martial arts. Excuse me but isn't that where people put on white jim-jams and then proceed to kick the shit out of each other while chanting 'Karate is for self defence only Daniel-San'?

Oh well, it keeps me amused while I wait for the delivery man to come.

Thanks for all the martial arts explanations. I am still a bit confused, and I don't think that they are 'up my street'. I'll stick with Nerf Gun battles I think.

I have spent 13 years practicing Karate and Kendo. I know people who have sent 40+ years doing the same.

I have never met anyone other then testosterone fueled teens, or people with no knowledge other than cinematic of martial arts, that shared your rather odd views.
