I hesitate to describe anyone as 'plain' - because once i talk to a person i find that aspects of their personality affect that person's looks. Also 'plain' & 'good-looking' are very subjective terms. People from different cultures & social groups can have huge differences in what they find attractive. Then there is sexual chemistry which is very random!
So YABU in my opinion..
