"Oooh that's not FUNNY"

"Oooh your username is RUBBISH"

"Oooh you SWORE"

"Oooooh you used capitals"

"Ooooh you used ... in a thread title"

"Oooh you have not posted in a way that I have deemed acceptable."

Who died and made you owner of the board? AIBU if from now on every time I see a self-appointed board police on patrol to link to and tell them to wind their necks in?

Do you know what I think?

Why isn't the North star always in the North? Wouldn't you get a bit pissed off if you followed it and ended up in Cornwall? I would.

Grin at Tufty.

I'm still agog at the idea that there was a relationships thread that involved chainsaws. Shock

Between that, Hully's guns and the current civil war on here, it's all getting a bit violent. Who'd have thought it of a harmless little site about parenting? Wink

Honeydragon · 24/01/2012 23:25

If you followed the North Star you'd end up in space but by the time you got there it would have supa nova'd and died.

Your point is irrelevant Grin

Ah brain frying. When of the best moments of brain frying was the following drunken conversation with a friend in the garden at about 8pm on a summers eve

he: isn't it mad that the light from the sun takes 8 hours to get to earth?
Me: I thought it was 8 seconds
He: dont be stupid it's 8 hours
Me: That means that its not there anymore preparing for when it's dark in 8 hours time?
he: yep
Me: actually cried I was so confused Sad

I was right btw, not a usual event!

AnyFucker · 24/01/2012 23:28

I still want to know why, when driving home to Manchester from Cornwall, DH took the "M6 South" sign

was he following the North star do we think ?

MischeviousMum · 24/01/2012 23:28

Look I've fucked up already! I'll never be accepted SadSadSad

sunshineandbooks · 24/01/2012 23:34

AF whenever I go to visit a relative of mine I have to take the M6 and every single time it feels like I am taking the opposite direction of the one I need to go in. The M6 is just wrong!

sunshineandbooks · 24/01/2012 23:35

Grin at MM

AnyFucker · 24/01/2012 23:44

no, sunshine, my DH was wrong

Grin

the sign said "south"

we were travelling from Cornwall to Manchester

"Actually, we would really rather that you didn't [broken record emoticon]

It is against our guidelines to personally attack a poster even if they are breaking our guidelines. Please just hit report and ignore, we can then take a look, email them or look at banning them should they continue."

Blush X100,000,000.

I didn't mean that we should literally go "Oi, you're being a dick." I didn't. I just meant "pull someone up sharply."

Boomerwang, I think that evidently, people do misunderstand me. Probably my fault for trying to be funny all the time. Blush. Again.

Bups, man up. You are absolutely fine the way you are, in fact you are tip top. You make me really really laugh and not many do that. And that's all that matters, obviously.

Anyone that doesn't geddit? It's THEIR problem.

foglike · 25/01/2012 09:57

I sorta get what you mean Bupcakes and if people were homest they would say the same.

Wedges chair against door handle to stop the Gestapo getting in and giving me a kicking

Honeydragon · 25/01/2012 09:59

Hully you could've done the big up speech AFTER she'd finished doing breakfast, I was looking forward to an Egg Sarnie

BupcakesandCunting · 25/01/2012 10:12

Yeah I need to MAN UP.
